Our Story | Since 1978
Since 1978, Los Gauchitos has been part of Miami’s culinary history, becoming a familiar name within the Argentine and Uruguayan communities.
Throughout the years, the restaurant has welcomed different owners and new chapters, yet one thing has remained constant: its commitment to preserving the authentic flavors, traditions, and hospitality of the Río de la Plata.
Known for our traditional parrilladas, Uruguayan chivitos, homemade empanadas, and beloved desserts like Chajá, Los Gauchitos has become more than a restaurant. It is a place where generations of families and friends have gathered to share good food and feel a little closer to home.
In 2024, we moved to our current location on Le Jeune Road, continuing our story in a new space while staying true to the flavors and traditions that made our name recognizable throughout Miami’s Argentine and Uruguayan communities.
Today, as Inter Gauchito, we embrace a new chapter, honoring our history while welcoming new generations and cultures to our table.
